We’re looking for a full-time, in-person content writer to join our team and help us create engaging, impactful, and authentic written content that connects with our audience. You’ll work closely with the creative team to develop high-quality copy, articles, social media posts, and more to bring our stories and ideas to life.
In this role, you won’t just be writing—you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our brand voice, brainstorming new story ideas, and helping us create content that not only informs but inspires.
This is an in-person position based in Rishikesh, India. So we’re looking for someone already living here (or planning to relocate soon).

THE ROLE
Here’s a quick snapshot of what you’ll be doing as our Content Writer:
Content Creation & Writing:
- Writing clear, engaging, and creative content for blogs, articles, website copy, email campaigns, and social media posts.
- Researching and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends to ensure all content is relevant and cutting-edge.
- Crafting original, compelling stories that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand voice.
Content Strategy & Optimization:
- Collaborating with the team to brainstorm content strategies and campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Optimizing written content for SEO best practices – ensuring strong keywords, headlines, and structure for maximum visibility.
- Repurposing longer pieces of content into smaller, attention-grabbing snippets for different platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Editing & Proofreading:
- Reviewing and polishing content to ensure it’s free of errors, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Being detail-oriented when proofreading, ensuring impeccable grammar, spelling, and sentence structure.
Creative Collaboration:
- Working alongside other team members to brainstorm innovative ideas and campaigns.
- Keeping an eye on trends in content, social media, and digital spaces—and helping implement them when relevant.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A solid background in content writing with professional experience (please share samples of your work!).
- Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to present ideas concisely and creatively.
- A knack for storytelling and the ability to make even complex topics feel relatable and easy to understand.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with writing for a variety of platforms like websites, blogs, and social media.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- A positive attitude, creativity, and openness to feedback.
- Based in Rishikesh, India (or already planning to relocate here).
NICE TO HAVES
Not mandatory, but bonus points if you bring:
- Experience in developing creative strategies for digital marketing campaigns.
- Background in productivity, mindfulness, or self-development topics.
- Basic familiarity with tools like WordPress, Canva, or Photoshop.
- Ideas for content visibility across various social platforms.
IMPORTANT NOTES
This is a full-time, in-person role based in Rishikesh, India. You’ll work from 10am-6pm. You may occasionally need to step up outside of normal hours to meet deadlines or support ongoing campaigns.
